Rules and Regulations

Ecosystem Contribution Requirement

For-profit entities are required to contribute equity (shares) to the Socious Fund matching pool as a condition of eligibility. Projects may also offer supplementary contributions such as tokens, revenue percentage, or carbon credits. See Ecosystem Contribution for details.

Evaluation Criteria

Scoring combines: community votes, community donations, impact points from platform engagement, and user verification status. Winners are determined by the combined score across all criteria, not by vote count alone.

Milestone & Delivery Requirements

Projects must define measurable milestones based on the Key Deliverables and Goals stated in their proposal, subject to review and approval by the Socious Fund team. Milestone completion is required for fund release. The Socious Fund team retains final discretion over milestone structure and approval.

Impact Accounting Allocation

Projects must allocate a minimum of $1,500 from their total funding request for impact measurement and reporting.
